Things to Remember:
(1) Find a sponsor. It is important, when you leave a rehabilitation program, that you find a sponsor. This is someone to carry you through those lonely, desperate times, that you want a drink so bad you can taste it. This is usually a recovering alcoholic, like yourself, whom you can each show support towards one another.
(2) Ask for help. It is there, all you have to do is ask. The support of your family is a good thing, and you will discover that you are supported and loved more than you thought.
(3) 30 meetings in 30 days. These don't have to be professionally held meetings, but having a session everyday will make your confidence grow stronger, and make you stronger in your decision to maintain your sobriety.
